In a few words.
Travel The Words is a travel blog mixing diaries, itineraries and documentaries. The core idea behind this project is to present an interface full of finesse and elegance,in order to set it up as a refined media.
Colors.
Black and white seemed to be the ideal combination to reflect the media’s ideal of journalistic neutrality while asserting itself as an elegant medium, in line with the aesthetic standards of the web industry.

Typography.
In terms of typography, the Futura typo (not available in the Google Font LIbrary by default) was an obvious choice for the beauty of its curves and the impact it offers to the reader when used as a title. For the paragraphs part, the Gentium Basic Book font was used, a serif font reminiscent of real-life writing in a book.
